The Zinsta wallet in Pakistan: coins, gifts and payouts
Zinsta runs in rupees. The wallet holds gifts, rewards and withdrawals. Creators cash out to a bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Here is the actual path, including the boring bits people skip and then email us about.
We get two kinds of mail. Fans who bought coins and cannot find the balance on a second device. Creators who received gifts and want to know when the money is theirs. Both are wallet questions. They are not the same wallet side.
The fan wallet, first
You can add rupees and buy optional Z Coins. Coins are for live gifts. The fan balance does not cash out to your bank. That sounds strict. It is how we keep a "manager" on WhatsApp from taking a "booking deposit" to a personal JazzCash.
The same account on the app and on zinsta.app shows the same wallet. If the web shows Rs 0 and the phone shows a balance, you are in two accounts. Sign out and use the same Google login, or the same email, on both. We wrote the device part in Android and web.
The creator side: gifts, then a short hold
When someone sends a live gift, you keep the share shown in the app. That amount is not withdrawable the second the live ends. There is a hold (days, shown in the app). After it, the amount sits as available balance. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Our finance pass is usually a couple of working days after you tap withdraw, not including weekends and bank holidays. If a payout is sitting, it is being checked, not lost.
Identity comes first. No CNIC, no selfie, no badge, and no payouts. We delete ID images 90 days after review. Creators must be 18. Apply in the Android app or on the web. The creator pages have the steps.
JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank: which one to pick
Pick the one you already use for everything else. If your rent and your load already go through JazzCash, withdraw there. If you have a bank account you actually check, use the bank. What is unsafe is giving a fan your personal wallet number in a DM and calling it a gift.
Payouts are manual on our side on purpose. That is slower than an instant cricket-app cashout. It is also how a stolen account does not empty you at 3 a.m.
What we do not do, so you do not plan on it
There is no "watch reels, earn rupees" switch in production. It exists in code. It is off. Turning it on without a cap would fill the feed with people farming coins. Celebrity Rewards, when they run, come from a pool the app shows, not from looping your own video.
There is no USD wallet. No binance. No "agent in Dubai". If a Telegram admin says they can convert your Zinsta balance, they cannot.
Guest browse does not spend. You need an account to buy coins. You need to be 18 to have that account.
Frequently asked questions
Can I withdraw fan wallet money?
No. Fan balance is for coins and gifts. Only creator earnings withdraw.
Why is my payout pending?
A hold after received coins, then a finance review, minimum Rs 1,000, bank hours. If it has been longer than that, email zinsta.org@gmail.com from the address on the account.
Do I pay in dollars?
No. Rupees. The wallet is PKR.
Is JazzCash required?
No. Bank or Easypaisa work. JazzCash is one option because that is how a lot of Pakistan already moves small amounts.
