Answers to the questions fans and creators ask most about Zinsta: how sessions work, payments and refunds, getting paid, and safety.
For fans
What is Zinsta?
Zinsta is a Pakistani app for private, one-to-one chat, voice and video sessions with creators such as singers, actors, TikTokers, YouTubers and coaches. You pay only for the minutes you choose.
How does a session work?
Pick a creator and a session, for example a 10-minute chat or a 15-minute voice call. For an instant session the creator has two minutes to accept. Once accepted, the timer runs on our servers and you can add time while you talk.
Can I book a session for later?
Yes. Tap Book later on a creator's profile and pick a free time within their weekly hours.
Is Zinsta free to join?
Creating an account is free. You pay for the sessions you book, at the price each creator sets.
Who can use Zinsta?
Only adults aged 18 or over. Every creator verifies their identity before they can go online.
Payments and refunds
How do I pay for a session?
Add money to your Zinsta wallet in rupees and spend it on sessions. Your wallet balance can only be used for sessions on Zinsta.
What if the creator does not reply?
If a creator declines or does not accept within two minutes, the full amount goes back to your wallet automatically.
Can I cancel a booked session?
Cancel at least one hour before a booked session for a full refund. Later cancellations get a 50% refund. If the creator cancels, you always get a full refund.
What if the creator ends the session early?
Any unused time is refunded to your wallet.
Something went wrong in my session. What can I do?
Request a refund in the app within 24 hours of the session. Our team reviews every request and can refund you in full or in part.
For creators
How do I become a creator on Zinsta?
In the app, open Profile and tap Become a creator. Choose your handle, add a photo, bio, session packages and weekly hours, and verify your identity with your CNIC and a selfie. Then submit your profile for review. See Zinsta for creators.
How much does Zinsta keep?
A 20% platform fee on each session. You keep 80%, and you see your exact earnings before you accept a request.
When and how do I get paid?
Earnings become available three days after each session. You can withdraw from Rs 1,000 to a bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Our finance team reviews withdrawals, usually within two working days.
Can I choose who I talk to?
Yes. You accept or decline every request, set your own hours, and can block anyone at any time.
What is not allowed on Zinsta?
Sexual content, harassment, threats, scams, and asking fans to pay or talk outside Zinsta. Read our safety and community rules.
Safety, privacy and your account
Are sessions private?
Yes. Sessions are one to one. Chat messages are stored encrypted, and Zinsta does not record calls.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the creator's profile or the session menu at the top right and tap Report or Block. You can also press and hold a message to report it.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete account, or follow the steps on our delete account page. Your account is deactivated at once and permanently deleted after 30 days.
