Payments and Refund Policy

Version 2026-10-29 · Last updated: 29 October 2026

This page explains how payments for Z Coins work on Zinsta, when you get a refund and when you do not, how to ask for one, and how to avoid scams. It is part of our Terms of Use (section 3). We wrote it in plain words so that you know exactly what to expect before you pay. Creating an account, posting, watching and messaging are free. Buying coins is optional.

The short version

1. How buying coins works

2. When you get a refund

We will refund you, or put right the problem, in these cases:

  1. Charged, but no coins. You paid and the coins did not reach your account. We first try to deliver the coins. If we cannot within 7 days, we refund the full amount.
  2. Charged twice or wrong amount. A duplicate payment, or a payment that does not match the pack you chose. We refund the extra or wrong part.
  3. Technical fault. The coins were added but the app did not let you use them because of a fault on our side, and we cannot fix it. We refund the unused coins.
  4. Not authorised by you. Someone used your phone, card or account without your permission (for example a lost phone, or a child). Tell us within 7 days of the purchase, and we refund the coins that are still unspent. We may ask you to confirm details and to secure your Google and Zinsta accounts.
  5. Mistaken purchase, unspent coins, asked quickly. You bought a pack by mistake and have not spent any of those coins. Ask within 48 hours of the purchase. You can also ask Google directly: Google Play lets you request a refund for a recent in-app purchase, and Google decides it under its own rules.
  6. We close or restrict your account without a rule breach by you, or we stop offering coins. We refund the value of your unspent purchased coins.
  7. The law requires it, including your rights under Pakistani consumer law, which these terms never remove.

How much we refund

3. When there is no refund

4. Creator earnings, holds and reversals

5. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank or card company; it is usually faster. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the coins from it are taken back. If you have already spent them, your balance may go negative, and we may hold your earnings, block purchases, gifts and cash-outs, or suspend the account until it is settled. A chargeback made by giving false information is fraud, and we may report it to the payment provider and the authorities.

6. How to ask for a refund or report a problem

  1. Email zinsta.org@gmail.com from the email address on your Zinsta account. Use the subject Refund or Payment problem.
  2. Tell us: your Zinsta username, the date and time, the amount, what went wrong, and the Google Play order number (GPA.…) from your receipt. A screenshot of the receipt helps.
  3. We reply within 7 days with a decision and the reason. If we need more information we will say what. If we decline, you can ask for a second review by a different team member by replying to the same email.
  4. For a recent purchase you can also request a refund yourself in Google Play (Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and history).

Never send passwords, OTP codes, card numbers or PINs in an email. We will never need them.

7. How to stay safe from scams

8. Our promises to you

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes apply to future purchases only. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
