Creator Terms

These Creator Terms add to the Terms of Use for everyone who applies to be, or is, a creator on Zinsta. If they conflict, the Creator Terms apply to creator activity. By submitting your creator application or accepting these terms in the app you agree to them.
1. You are independent
You are an independent person running your own activity. You are not an employee, agent, partner or representative of Zinsta. You decide what you offer and your prices within the limits shown in the app. You are responsible for your own taxes, registrations and licences required in Pakistan or where you live; Zinsta may deduct or report amounts where the law requires it.
2. Your identity must be your own
- You must be 18 or older and complete identity verification with your own genuine ID. We may ask for more proof at any time.
- Your display name, handle, photo and profile must show you. You may not use the name, photo, voice or identity of another real person — including a celebrity or other public figure — or suggest that you are, represent or are endorsed by them or by any brand.
- Do not post content made with editing or AI that shows or imitates someone else's face or voice without their permission. Fan content must be clearly labelled as yours and never look official.
- We may remove a profile or refuse approval where the name or pictures do not match the verified person, and we may share your verified identity with a rights holder or authority who makes a valid legal request.
3. What you post
- You promise everything you post is yours or you have all the rights to use it, including music, film clips, photos, logos, voices and the likeness of people shown in it, and that those people agreed and are adults. By accepting these terms, and again by posting, you confirm this every time; we keep a record of it.
- Do not use songs or clips you do not have a licence for. If you want music in your reel, use only music you made or are licensed to use. Your reel's own audio may be offered as an "Original audio" for other creators to use, with your name shown.
- Do not post sexual content, or content that breaks the Safety and Community Rules.
- If a rights holder or authority sends us a valid notice about your content we may remove it, tell you, and count it under our repeat-infringer policy (see Copyright and Takedown Policy): after repeated infringements your uploads are paused and then your account can be closed.
4. Your sessions with fans
- Keep sessions and payments inside Zinsta. Do not share personal contact details, move a fan to another app, ask for payment outside Zinsta or arrange to meet.
- Be respectful and follow the rules shown in the app. Do not ask for or share sexual content or sexual services.
- Sessions are online only. You are responsible for your own conduct and for anything you say or advise.
5. Money
Zinsta keeps a platform fee from each session and shows your earnings before a fan buys. Earnings are held for a short period, then can be withdrawn to your verified payout account. Rewards (Creator Rewards, invites) are described in the Terms of Use and can change. We may withhold, reverse or recover amounts connected to fraud, fake views or accounts, chargebacks, refunds or breaches of these terms, and may deduct them from future earnings.
6. No guarantee, no exclusivity
Zinsta does not promise any level of earnings, audience or approval. You may work with others. We may change, pause or end features, and may suspend or end your creator account for breach, risk or legal reasons.
7. If there is a claim
You will compensate Zinsta for losses, claims and reasonable legal costs that come from your content, your conduct or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows. Zinsta's liability to you is limited as stated in the Terms of Use.
